Under general supervision of the Working Supervisor, performs maintenance of the Divisions records management system for the Divisions paper documents, digitally imaged records, and microfilm, performs related clerical duties within the Division of Records Management Unit A.
Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school, and one year of related office experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires working knowledge of alpha-numeric sequencing; requires working knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs; requires working knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation; requires working knowledge of basic mathematics. Requires ability to follow oral and/or written instructions; requires ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
Specific Job Requirements: Requires ability to stand and file paper for extended periods of time; and requires ability to lift boxes of files up to 35 pounds.
