The Go-to-Market team is seeking a product operations leader who is highly organized, capable of implementing change at scale, and driven by results. The Product Release Program Manager will wear multiple hats. The role will be a combination of strategic and tactical. You will serve as a Release Program Manager and manage the end-to-end release management process. You will also focus on process improvement initiatives for the Go-to-Market team often related to the creation and governance of the tools and processes used across the Product Development organization.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of standards and best practices for release plans across all product lines while partnering closely with the Release Engineering Manager and Release Quality Manager
Administer the tools used for release plans and roadmaps.
Organize and maintain a centralized calendar of releases and ensure release information is communicated across the organization.
Lead strategic operational initiatives for the Go-to-Market team
Provide visibility, reporting and key metrics around key initiatives

High EQ and capable of building strong relationships across the organization
7+ years experience with planning, managing, tracking and reporting on complex product launches for the full product launch life cycle
Experience working in an enterprise-scale SaaS product environment that operates private and public cloud implementations
Familiarity with B2B cloud development and business concepts such as subscription billing, customer activation, enterprise integration, release management
Strong technical aptitude – ability to grasp technical concepts and understand the capabilities, impacts, and potential risks of implementing proposed technologies
Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills.
Strong negotiations skills; can influence all levels of the organization and is skilled at leading others to action on key initiatives
Strong presentation skills
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
Experience operating in agile environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
