The SCIS Vice President – IT & Cyber Security Services oversees the strategic IT roadmap for the SCIS enterprise. This position will be responsible for the overall IT direction and strategy, in collaboration with Global IT and Divisional shared services. Including technical controls, continuous monitoring plan, and balancing of policies, procedures, risk, enterprise applications (ERP) and infrastructure services. In addition, this position will support the strategic effort to create adjacent cyber security services within the Federal Government that are customer facing.

Ensure, on an ongoing basis, that current and planned technical architecture, investments, and solutions are aligned with company business objectives.
Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company’s operations and business applications.
Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored, and reported.
Establish a comprehensive information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data as well as the protection of enterprise wide IT assets.
Own major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders, post incident review, and complete and thorough implementation of permanent remediation are executed in a timely fashion.
Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
Manage the desktop computing environment to ensure that laptops, PC’s, servers, network and infrastructure devices are built and maintained to government standards of performance and security.
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage and analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
Develop the annual operating and capital expenditure budget to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan
Build, develop and grow a security operations team including external providers to increase the scope, value and sophistication of internal threat intelligence services, vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident response services

Must be a citizen of the United States
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
10+ years of experience in information/cyber security or related discipline.
Experience in the services business, selling or working with enterprise and Government customers directly.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements

Skills around cloud and emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Office365 with 2-3 years of hands on exposure in building and supporting the practice
Should have background on network/ server / virtualization / cloud/ database technologies with exposure in driving these verticals under ops delivery or as practice leader.
Experience in driving initiatives at a global level across cloud and other technology stacks
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in vendor management
Leads the development of the SCIS roadmap and ensures its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
Works with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources.
Act as a trusted advisor, build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders and SCIS executives to develop a clear understanding of enterprise needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and is able to respond with agility to changing industry priorities.
