Position Overview:
The Cultivation Assistant must have knowledge of Cannabis plants: defoliation, lollipopping, trimming, cleaning, plant feeding, cloning, transplanting, harvest and reset, cleaning duties, and IPM spraying. Candidate must have experience in all life cycle of the plant. This role will require overseeing plant maintenance and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience working in cultivation facility
- Multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Hard working, reliable transportation
- Basic verbal communication skills
- Following direct orders from supervisors
- Additional tasks assigned by Cultivation Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
