Inside International Sales Representative, no travel, no-direct reports, hourly + commission-based sales position. Help us grow our international customer base by working directly with our clients around the world.
If you are skilled at building rapport over email and through phone conversations, then this position is for you. As an ISR you'll contact dealers and help them build their business. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with them and be the main point of contact to notify them about changes and updates to our products.
This is a business-to-business sales opportunity. Comfortable with a goal carrying position. Occasional involvement in outside sales with dealer support. Frequent contact with manager. Learn the full range of TruAudio products and services and is able to articulate to dealers how these products and services align to their customer needs. Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.
NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must.
Need to be familiar with computers and technology.
Applicants need to be comfortable working with others and in a team environment.
Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback), applying, and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results.
Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
Experience in the CEDIA or consumer electronics channel, a plus.
Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of an outbound telesales center.
Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability.
Sound decision-making and analytical skills, drive and desire to succeed.
