Responsibilities of the Luxury Fragrance and Beauty Specialist:

  • Create a luxury shopping experience for new and existing clients
  • Introduce our Product Categories with inspirational delivery and approach
  • Learn and continuously share brand mission and vision of House of Sillage that was created and designed by CEO/Founder Nicole Mather
  • Be a loyal Brand Ambassador
  • Lead by example
  • Build, maintain, and recruit a loyal client base at your assigned counter
  • Possess Strong ability to network and outsource to build brand awareness
  • Maintain a professional and healthy relationship with the retail partner and all levels of retail teams
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales objectives
  • Have an entrepreneur mentality

  • Maintain merchandising as per company and retailer expectations
  • Complete all daily operations consistently which includes: Inventory of Stock, Testers, Gift With Purchase Activations, Promotional Activities, Stock Replenishment, Supply Orders for Counter Space, and End of Day Sales Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate Office.

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Luxury Fragrance and or Beauty Industry
  • Continuous knowledge and education with Fragrance and Beauty Trends
  • Availability to work Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and Holiday Season
  • Pre-Existing Client book following or database preferred
  • People and communication skills and dynamic personality
  • Goal and results driven
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Strong proven experience in sales background
  • Must have track record of meeting or exceeding company sales goals
  • Strong Artistry & Presentation Skills
  • Inspire and influence all members of Retail
  • Solution Oriented during any business challenge
  • Ability to initiate and manage change in a positive manner
  • Must have working Cell Phone – with Mobile Email

$18 per hour plus Commission

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour


  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Beauty: 3 years (Preferred)
