As a Charge Nurse you will assess resident care needs, provide and coordinate nursing care according to physician orders. You will supervise certified Nurse Aides, who will assist the nursing staff by performing resident care activities necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our residents.
You will strive to incorporate the philosophy and mission of the facility and incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a resident centered manner with total regard for individual human dignity.

Job requirements:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse with a current Georgia license
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be Customer Service Oriented
- Must act in a leadership capacity on the unit
Education requirement:
- High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and completion of an accredited nursing certificate program from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
- Prior long term care experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $33.68 - $34.80 per hour
