Sales Account Executive ---BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH) preferred

We are looking for a Bi-lingual Outside Sales Account Executive to join our the Team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about growth, client retention and loves closing deals. We are looking for a confident Sales Account Executive to grow the Houston and surrounding areas. Reports directly to the National Sales Director and Vice President. You will have the support of local experience Branch Managers in Fresno and in Stockton. This position is hybrid inside / outside sales. It offers competitive pay plus a lucrative monthly bonus plan. Automotive experience a plus, we are a Wholesale Auto Glass distributor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of long-lasting partnerships
- Prepare sales presentation, contracts and proposals
- Stay educated and understand market trends and competitors withing assigned territory
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in-person, video or on the phone to discover customer’s wants and needs.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and appropriately recommending them to customers.
- Proactively manage day-to-day client needs, reporting progress to the National Sales Director and Vice President
- Identify new business opportunities across the client's full range of operations.
- Generate new leads
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Meet monthly goals focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, and new account set up.
- Constant communication with local Branch Manager
- Customer-facing experience working with auto parts/auto glass customers is a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse customer and co-worker population.
- Experience / Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales experience (Auto industry preferred but not required). Can meet revenue goals through successful execution of sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred (additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education)
- Solid organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Inside Sales or Outside Sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to commute daily
- Passionate about client relations and focused on enhancing the customer experience.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of territory goals and quotas.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, CRM platforms and Adobe.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
- Ability to effectively organize and plan travel to manage territory
- 25% travel including overnight stay.
