What You Will Do
Senior analyst supporting Neurovascular customer excellence function (Supply Chain, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality) - ~$65M annual budget globally
Strong system & data skills, desire to advance in data science preferred (e.g. DAX, VBA/Python, R) – you will work with extensive datasets / database, analyzing trends and benchmarking spend, especially on clinical trials. You will work with global/regional teams on collection and validation of data, help design or change processes to make it work.
Drive flexibility and innovation in decision making – You will critical in shaping/influencing your teams’ decision making. You guide them during forecasting & budgeting cycle, challenging them on spend, providing real time inputs from finance/business perspective (e.g. clinical billing, inventory transaction, payment process, etc)
Responsibilities include –
Gathers financial data and presents financial analysis and reporting as necessary (monthly and quarterly).
Performs research and prepares recommendations for senior management.
Analyzes and identifies business trends by performing analyses regarding product cycles, customer buying habits, cost cutting programs, spending projections, headcount trends, and operating expense management.
Represent Finance on key cross-functional corporate teams working to resolve operational issues.
Assists functional teams in creating the annual budget and long term plan.
Assists in creating forecast and profitability reviews as necessary.
What You Need
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant experience.
Work From Home: Occasional
Travel Percentage: 10%
