Office Administrator- Immediate Opening

SP Driving Academy, Inc. is a fast-growing Company based in the Rockville area, MD has an immediate opening for energetic, intelligent and highly motivated individuals to join our team for the following full-time and part-time positions:

  • Office Administrator(Spanish - Bilingual added advantage)

Key Competencies:

The right candidate will be a reliable, friendly person with a steady work history that is organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and comfortable working in a small office environment. The candidate must be capable of quickly learning, applying new skills and the ability to find creative solutions for problem solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Phone Assignments, Accounts, Office Logistic and Operations
  • Prepare proposals, invoices from contracts, cost tracking and analysis.
  • Maintain accounts receivable, process collections and Credit Card Transactions
  • Maintain historical records and assist with updating the scanning and filing system to make sure documents are accessible
  • Process Sales Transactions with Excellent Customer Services
  • Maintain historical records and assist with updating the scanning and filing system to make sure documents are accessible
  • Provide timely response to internal and external inquiries
  • Maintain accounts receivables and client’s relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar/management role.
  • Strong experience in generating business opportunities.
  • Proficient computer skills - including in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong commitment to helping others.
  • Must present a professional demeanor, diplomacy, and team player.
  • Must have a forward-thinking approach and be accountable for their performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle information involving sensitivity, confidentiality and legal exposure.

Compensation:

  • Compensation based on experience between $11.00-$15.00/hour depending on experience.
