The YouTube Partner Program consists of fast-growing content creators and artists. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Creator and Artist Development team enables, empowers and inspires the next generation of YouTube talent.
The Creator and Artist Development works with of YouTube creators and artists by helping them develop their audience, grow their watch-time through delivering innovative and targeted best practices, solutions and recommendations. As Manager of the North America Creator and Artist Development Team, you will lead a team focused on partner management across a diverse set of YouTube creators. You will ensure global alignment and execution of the Creator and Artist Development strategy; interact and collaborate with other teams such as Product and Partner Go-To-Market, Support Operations, Insights, Impact and Tools, and Marketing.

The YouTube team helps budding creators build careers, creates products like YouTube Kids, YouTube Music, and YouTube Gaming, and engages communities around shared passions and global conversations. Lead, coach and manage an effective and high-performing team of partner managers, including direct reports.
Lead a team of partner managers to work with creators to understand their needs, share data insights, and deliver best practices and strategic business plans via calls and Google Hangouts.
Represent YouTube and the Creator and Artist Development team at workshops and industry events.
Align with cross-functional teams to execute Online Partnership’s global strategy.
Ensure that team members continue to develop skills that will help them achieve their career goals both on Online Partnerships and beyond.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with project management, change management and leadership.
Experience managing a team of direct reports.
Experience leading strategic, global projects and/or teams. Experience working directly with and supporting customers/partners.
Experience in digital entertainment; studio/network or digital platform experience.
Ability to master analytics, basic modeling and formal corporate presentations.
Ability to think strategically and develop a vision/strategy.
Communication and coaching skills; including the ability to evaluate performance and provide feedback.
A passion for YouTube content.
