What you will be doing:

  • Primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Accountable for maintaining positive, productive relationships with your assigned clients
  • Responsible for day-to-day service delivery for your client programs
  • Implementing, coordinating, and managing the set-up of new client programs with our corporate and contact center staff
  • Providing contact center staff with program specifications and goals
  • Generating, analyzing, and delivering regular client program reports
  • Monitoring and analyzing program performance
  • Monitoring live agent phone calls
  • Representing clients internally and addressing ongoing service needs
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing resolution of issues affecting client programs
  • Fulfilling established performance levels and continuously making recommendations for improvements
  • Occasionally traveling to clients headquarters and/or call centers
  • Presenting or assisting in the presentation of program results and summaries to internal staff/clients

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client or customer service role
  • You thrive in a team environment
  • Enjoy problem solving and learning
  • Have superior organization/time management skills
  • Comfortable with Excel and Power Point
