The Administrative Assistant assists the General Manger in day to day operational support activities via inputting and designing data and spread sheets, following up projects, calls, appointments and assignments. The role also assists in areas of Human resources, accounting and retail/service areas either at specific intervals (inventory) as needed, or as the business or employee cycle (onboarding and administering employee services) dictates.

Helps GM organize schedules, meetings, and projects
Assists General Manager in returning calls, emails and other operations based communications
Works with accounting with payroll, purchasing, and projects as assigned by GM
Works with Human Resources with onboarding, input and payroll as assigned by GM
Facilitates training programs, and inventory in retail, food and beverage and marine services to ensure programs are in place and inventories are completed and input on time
