Job Summary
- As the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and overall administration of the Salesforce platform within the organization. This role will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and implement solutions to optimize Salesforce usage and streamline business processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs through configuration of objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other features.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions sets, and groups to ensure appropriate access levels and security settings.
- Data Management: Import, export, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce. Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration tasks as needed.
- Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated processes using Salesforce automation tools such as workflows, process builder, flows, and Apex triggers.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators for various stakeholders.
- Integration: Work closely with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce administration.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at 75%. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about to access office supplies. Constantly operates a computer. Rarely ascends/descends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
