This Project Manager will plan and manage the merger of two corporate financial offices, ensuring the project is completed on time, meeting the needs of the client and stays within budget.
Determines what the client or company wants to achieve.
Creates timelines; and determines costs and resources needed.
Generates a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
Ensures that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the processes and quality standards of the company.
Reports the project progress to senior managers and the client.
Manages risks and manages to avoid delays.
3-5 years of experience Managing Finance and/or IT Projects.
Must have strong communication skills.
Prior Change Management experience.
Experience working with Financial & Accounting teams.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
Rally, MS Project or similar Project Management tool.
