We are looking for a responsible Restaurant Manager to help organize and run our restaurant store and fill in for the General Manager when needed. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manager‘s role:
Oversees daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
- Ensures that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
- Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning. Handle complaints from customers. Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise.
