Technical Skills:
Knowledge of construction, materials and and understanding of finishes
Eye for detail with good hand and machinery skills
Experience working from CAD shop drawings, cutlists, and hand drawings
Ability to communicate visual and constructional details effectively with our designers and project managers
Good time management. Be able to plan your work to meet overall project milestones.
Cabinetmaker: (3+ years experience in a professional shop)
Thorough understanding and experience building traditional face-frame and frameless cabinetry
Competent and efficient machine setups
Effective at leading workshop and site teams to complete tasks in a timely manner
Onsite installation to AWI Standards
CNC programming is a plus
