Enterprise Bank is seeking a Full Time Deposit Servicing Representative to join our fun and engaging team in Lowell, MA. The Deposit Servicing Representative performs a variety of functions related to the account maintenance of deposit related products. This individual will perform standard account and/or transaction research on behalf of both our internal and external customers. He/She will answer phones and process basic account maintenance, check serial sort review on large dollar amounts, process return deposited items, and review overdrafts and apply applicable fees in accordance with our Bank policy. In addition, this individual will have a general understanding of the rules and regulations that govern deposit accounts and will have a general understanding for the core departmental functions.

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. The ideal candidate is a team-player that loves variety, works well in a collaborative environment, and has a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of deposit operations is a plus.
