Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, (Part time)
Cosmetic luxury brand group is looking for a consultant to support them on a temporary basis.
Manages and oversees the high volume recruiting for global corporate positions, VP and above level
Manages client relationships with internal business unit leaders, including C suite
Leads candidate sourcing via personal networks, career websites, cold-calling, professional organizations, job fairs, social networking, and web searches
Engages business unit leaders in the development of sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives that deliver the best talent
Participates in business unit planning sessions related to staffing and talent acquisition
On-going candidate/client relationship management
Provide ongoing support to the Recruitment team
Luxury/retail/fashion retail highly preferred
Must have 7-10 years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments, agency and in-house corporate experience is ideal, and the ability to build and lead a recruitment team
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong relationship building skills
Ability present insights from recruitment metrics to leadership and hiring managers
Demonstrated ability to multi-task simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency
Exceptional oral and written communication, coaching and influencing skills
*** Please note, this will be a 3 day/week engagement with the ability to move to 5 days/week, as per needs ***
