The Technology Services Engagement Manager is responsible for relationship management and overall technology service delivery for multiple internal line of business product development groups. The Engagement Manager will collaborate with the product groups to define & communicate technology service strategy, priorities, and projects that support the business needs of the product groups. This position will work with project management, infrastructure engineering, production operations, and suppliers to coordinate all technology services projects and tasks that support assigned product groups. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of information technology domains and processes.

This is a new position, reporting to the SVP, Global Technology Services.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with product group stakeholders by building credibility and trust. Act as liaison between the departments, enabling a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that technology services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon service level objectives.
Align roadmaps and priorities between the product groups and technology services organization, resolving resource conflicts when needed.
Ensure that committed technology services projects are delivered on time. Manage risks appropriately and drive proactive mitigation. Provide monthly project status reporting for each product group.
Establish and report on IT Service Management (ITSM) metrics for each product group. Identify actions for continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment and compliance to the corporate technology, information security, audit, and governance processes and standards. Coordinate technology services tasks as necessary.
Act as escalation point for technology service issues in assigned product groups.

Minimum Required Qualifications for Consideration

BS/BA degree in computer science or relevant discipline
8-12 years of progressive experience managing and delivering technology solutions
Excellent project management skills
Ability to effectively work and communicate with a diverse workforce
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with global, decentralized organizations
Broad technology awareness that can be applied creatively to solve business problems
Understanding of core ITIL/ITSM processe
Successfully pass a background investigation
