The Senior Consultant is primarily responsible for managing the successful deployment of customizable productivity solutions to a customer, acting as the primary customer contact for services, handling any issues arising, and escalating as appropriate. In addition, the Senior Consultant will be in charge of providing status reporting to all stakeholders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Owns delivery process of professional services to customers
  • Acts as the project team lead on all system integrations
  • Facilitate requirement analysis workshops to translate business requirements
  • Plan and deliver project kick-off meetings
  • Provide project status reporting for stakeholders
  • Identify upsell opportunities and engage Sales & Pre-Sales teams as needed
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the full engagement cycle


  • Proven project leadership experience with enterprise software implementations
  • Comfortable leading workshops with Federal government agencies and integrators
  • Demonstrated program definition and management
  • Ability to managing multiple projects and initiatives within very large customer accounts
  • Project Management certification in PMI or similar desirable
  • Agile Scrum experience and/or Scrum Master certification desirable
  • ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations Certification desirable
