We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor/Manager to support our Intel Background Investigation Programs in Chantilly, VA!

Location: Chantilly, VA

Job Description:
Review each ROI to ensure all coverage requirements are met in accordance with LOA and SOW
Create procedures to address and correct reports (reworks) by Customer for deficiencies and discrepancies
Use follow up evaluation procedures with informant feedback to validate investigator compliance with FIS, ICD 704 (SEAD) and Customer specific requirements
Create all contract knowledge material for the contract; training material, handbook, job aids
Customer deliverables (past due report, reworks, etc.)
Assists in evaluating, analyzing, and assembling final investigative reports in prescribed customer format.
Provides in-depth investigative oversight to Case Managers performs extensive analysis of investigative tasks, develops detailed knowledge of client’s objectives
Work closely with Pre-Field, Field, and Post Field departments to ensure that Customer requirements are being met
Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
Assists in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs. Participates in meetings with PMO to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.

Job Requirements:
3 + years’ experience in personnel security / Background Investigations
3 + years' experience in case review required
Hold a green badge or be able to successfully obtain one
Must have Background Investigation Intelligence community experience
TS / SCI highly desired
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in political science, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
