We are looking for an Investment Associate to engage in all aspects of the loan origination process, including presentations to senior management, debt structuring, pricing strategy, transaction negotiation and closing, and due diligence review. The position allows the Associate to interact with existing and prospective borrowers, intermediaries, industry peers, and the legal community. They will also gain exposure to key decision makers within PGIM REF.

The Investment Associate will join a fully-integrated mortgage origination team responsible for $500 million to a $1 billion of annual production. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers in sourcing and originating commercial real estate debt investments for Prudential's wide variety of capital sources.
Minimum of 3 years experience commercial real estate lending preferred
MBA from a top program strongly preferred
Concentration/major/focus in finance and/or real estate a plus
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team
Proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), strongly preferred
