We have an immediate opening for a Deputy Program Manager at Ft Belvoir, VA for a large INSCOM CI and HUMINT contract focused on protecting our nation’s personnel, operations and facilities. More About the Role:
Manage contractor support to CI, HUMINT, LE, Cyber, Digital Forensics and Polygraph examinations, TSCM activities, CI Investigations, Strategic Planning, Signature Reduction, Collection Management, and Targeting efforts that support INSCOM and its major subordinate commands.
Manage technical aspects of a large, geographically dispersed contract with a diverse work force focused on the protection of U.S. Army personnel, facilities, and information from foreign adversaries.
Anticipate and resolve often complex challenges with broad based solutions.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality control program (QCP) to ensure procedures are in place to ensure high quality, impactful, and actionable deliverables and services.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph.
Graduate of at least one of the following courses:
Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
Army – 35E Course (or its predecessor) 4 years of management experience.
5 years of CI Special Agent or Intelligence Officer experience.
4 Years of management experience.
2 years of staff officer experience supporting an intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
Understanding of CI investigations, CI operations, and intelligence analysis.
Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
Demonstrated understanding of EO 12333, DoD5240.1-R, and AR 381-10.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
INSCOM Headquarters experience.
All-Source Analytical experience.
Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC.
