The ideal candidate is 17-34 and meets the following qualifications.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
No Major Law violations
Must meet the Army Height and Weight Requirements
Must be able to meet Physical Demands of the job

Basic Job Description: The Army has more than 150 entry level jobs available to qualified applicants. There are several jobs dedicated to the management of personnel, supplies, and equipment. All of these positions receive training in database management, tracking systems, and the day to day aspects of the job. All applicants are fully paid with benefits during the training period.
Additional training opportunities will be available based on the type of unit you are assigned to, including (but not limited to) postal operations, airborne or air assault school.
Responsibilities: Processing and monitoring the status of personnel action requests, maintaining personnel data files, submitting updates to the personnel records database, preparing awards, preparing official correspondence, processing punitive actions. Human Resources Specialists also update and coordinate requests for evaluations, promotion requests, duty orders, and inspection reports.
