Training Manager, Marketing Onboarding

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our new, fast-growing Marketing Operations and Technology (MOT) organization, and contribute to establishing a world-class marketing environment to better-serve our customers. The role sits within Marketing Enablement team which is responsible for project management and ensuring change management as we roll out new training and initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced professional to design and develop an extensive training program to ensure new employees are effectively on boarded to the Business Strategy & Marketing (BSM) organization. Manages the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of onboarding training and development. Joins in partnership with other training professionals to ensure materials are consistent and up-to-date. Works closely with employees across all BSM organizations – brand, industries, demand generation, education – to ensure detail of program meet their specific needs. Ensures new employees are aware of and take advantage of program.
Design and develop a dynamic onboarding program to serve needs of all BSM organizations. Obtain input from stakeholders across various organizations as well as from cross-functional teams who have developed similar programs
Leverage best practices from organizations outside of Autodesk, as appropriate
Identify existing training materials that can be leveraged within the program for a quick-start
Select a training platform from existing options available, and effectively organize content in an easy-to-navigate structure
Develop tools and resources to support the program. Ensure all marketing programs and processes are documented, and subject to continuous improvement and review Work closely with documentation team to develop necessary materials not yet available within the organization. Oversee the quality and content of all materials produced
Work closely with extended training team to integrate any new tools or processes into the program
Ensure onboarding communication to managers and employees; regular targeted communication to drive awareness of the program and new materials added on an ongoing basis
Conduct evaluations to determine applicability and effectiveness of onboarding material. Incorporate feedback from users back into program to increase effectiveness
8+ year experience in training, marketing and/or other related roles
4-year degree from an accredited institution in Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience
Excellent writing skills, editing skills, and command of spelling, grammar and syntax rules
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in a technology/operations environment, developing content for users
