Position Overview:
The Deloitte Solution Center’s Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting the success of solutions in the market. Solution Sales Consultants work closely with the DSC leadership and Deloitte Consulting leaders to formulate sales strategy assess and evaluate solution ideas that are complementary to Deloitte Consulting’s core service offerings.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Senior Consultant with strong project management skills, a large internal network, good facilitation/presentation skills, a passion for building strong relationship and helping solution owners in their journey to take solutions to market with strong marketing and sales strategy. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role.

This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of Deloitte Leadership to solve exciting business challenges, and network with Deloitte leaders that include Offering & Industry leaders, function leaders, and leaders from various strategic areas.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with Solution Sponsors and/or Solution Marketing / Sales Leads to develop solutions specific go-to-market strategies and plans
Assist Sales & Marketing Lead with external analysts and vendors/partners to build awareness of Deloitte’s solution portfolio
Promote the Platforms, DSC, and its solutions with US and USI Consulting leadership and staff
Review overall quality and completeness of solution marketing/sales deliverables
Define consistent measures to track the value of all solutions that involve internal investment activities and identify areas to increase ROI
Build awareness to leverage various sales channels within Deloitte and with vendors
Standardize solution specific documents used to support solutions through sales and marketing (internally and externally)
Drives continuous improvement of existing sales and marketing deliverables and tracking mechanisms
Coordinate with DC Solutions Planning, Communications, Solution Delivery, Sustainment and Sales and Marketing threads
Review overall quality and completeness of solution marketing/sales deliverables
Work with offering, sector, SNET, CMT, and Consulting leadership to review revenue opportunities and wins
