This position involves fielding customer service calls for Edge Pest Control and Lawn Care. This is not a sales position. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and atmosphere.
Inbound and Outbound calls with new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions).
Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of EDGE products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Part-time employees will be given a set schedule of 8 hour shifts for Monday, Wednesday, Friday or for Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. These schedules will be set shifts that won't fluctuate from week to week.
Full-time employees will be given a set schedule of 8 hour shifts for 5 days of the week, excluding Sundays. These schedules will be set shifts that won't fluctuate from week to week.
