About Our Company:

Freelance Formulations is a product development lab, focusing on providing clients with completely custom cosmetic product formulas as well as complete customer support through the process. We are looking to grow our outside sales team, and we are looking to employ a highly motivated, Customer Relations Executive.

Customer Relations Executive Job Description:

The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for obtaining new prospective clients as well as replying to inquiring customers on our website. As you obtain your own clients, you will be the liaison between the client, and our product development team by providing continuous support to the client until their project has been completed. Support Services include answering questions, helping clients source packaging, manufacturing, and any other service related to their product development needs.

Specific Job Duties:

These are the basic job duties performed to effectively execute the functions of the position; but job functions are not limited to the tasks outlined below.

  • Searching for and contacting new leads through emailing, phone calls, and/or 3rd party messenger
  • Scheduling meetings/ conference calls with clients and team members
  • Create and send quotes and invoices for product development services for potential clients
  • Organizing and storing legal documents and any other pertinent client information such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Service Agreements in HubSpot
  • Keeping clients’ name, information, and project details confidential from any outside parties, unless otherwise specified by client
  • Answering client questions, providing clients with project updates, or following up with clients as needed through email
  • Working with the team to develop/implement sales strategies in order to increase client base
  • Researching and contacting vendors for information pertaining to outside services for clients
  • Attending or calling into weekly team meetings
  • Attending industry tradeshows as a representative for our company and collecting contact information from contacts at the tradeshow

Preferred Experience (Must meet at least 1 of the criteria):

  • 1 year of experience working for a cosmetic manufacturer
  • 1 year of experience in a sales position
  • 1 year of experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry

Hours:

The hours are Flexible; but you must be available every Monday from 10 AM – 11 AM to call into our weekly sales meeting. Additionally, you must be available during business hours Monday – Friday to speak to clients as needed.

Travel:

10%; may need to attend meetings onsite, or meet with potential clients. May be expected to attend industry tradeshows in which we are exhibiting or walking the floor.

Requirements:

Must have a valid and current FL Driver’s License. You will need to provide your own computer and phone, with a stable internet connection.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is completely commission-based. Upon closing a sale you will receive a 10% commission per sale you obtain. Project totals start at $5,000 per product.

Job Type:

1099 Contractor; There is potential for this position to become an in-house salaried position depending on performance.

Job Duties:
