Description:
We're seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator (Registered Nurse / RN). This individual is responsible for:
-
Using data to drive improvement to identify performance opportunities in data analysis, team facilitation, and regulatory reporting.

Applying procedures for the governance of data assets (understanding data abstraction specifications)
- Acquiring data from source systems
- Designing data collection plans for KPIs Integrate data from internal and external electronic systems
- Using statistical and visualization methods

Identifying and reporting patient safety risks and events
-
Collaborating to analyze patient safety risks and events
- Executing measure requirements
- Facilitating practitioner performance review activities
- Applying procedures for the governance of data assets (fielding data requests)
- Implementing standard PPI methods.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Nursing.

Minimum five years of experience working in a complex healthcare work environment.
- Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- CPHQ preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement Methodology, Data Collection and Analysis and Improvement techniques.

Position specific experience or certification may be preferred based on various additional duties.
