What You Will Do

You will work closely with leadership to develop an HR agenda that aligns with business objectives. Serving as strategic advisor to leadership, you will help to ensure top performance from employees. You will also assist with championing a culture of accountability, creativity and collaboration. Ensuring compliance with HR laws, you will provide effective and efficient administration of Human Resources functions within RateLinx. This includes recruitment, orientation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and activities relative to employee services. You will also supervise and mentor the Administrative Assistant.

Who You Are

You embrace our culture and share our values. You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, and you have a strong background in Human Resources and Business Partnership. Balancing compliance and servant leadership is natural for you. You are a strong leader and mentor, a strategic thinker and you take the initiative.
