## Overview We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, with a focus on light carpentry, light electrical work, and general maintenance person services. ## Responsibilities - Perform various minor repair and maintenance tasks including siding repairs, water damage restoration, fixture installations, plastering, drywall repairs, and roof maintenance. - Work on construction sites to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. ## Requirements - Proven experience in a similar maintenance person role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Attendance and reliable transportation are top priorities.
