Human Resource Business Partner Manager

The Position
We are searching for a Human Resource Business Partner to support one of our key business units. The successful candidate will coach, consult and facilitate AMD senior executives on successful human capital strategies, provide business insights through org and talent analytics, and drive proactive organizational development and change initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate HR professional who has demonstrated strong execution and end to end ownership to now innovate in a highly dynamic environment where they can unleash their passion for employee productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Consult, coach and execute with the business to identify, develop and drive key human capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, global talent acquisition, and rewards and recognition.
Analyze and communicate insights through the use of the HR Dashboard and the key talent metrics to provide guidance to the business.
Partner and team with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
Strategically drive pay-for-performance including salary planning, promotions, resource planning and talent calibration.
Lead the analysis and interpretation of engagement survey results, identifying trends and collaborating with leaders to identify and implement action planning.
Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations; providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans.

The ideal candidate possesses diversified knowledge and/or exposure to the human resources field with the following skills/experience;

Experience with WW Corporate organizations in Technical/Engineering Company a plus.
Demonstrated ability to analyze/use HR metrics to consult with the business and influence action.
Diversified knowledge and application of processes and programs such as organization development, change management, workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training, and recruitment.
Exposure to executive coaching frameworks, tools, and approaches.
Demonstrated group facilitation and engagement skills.
Proven operational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive cross functional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, matrix organization.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team, manage conflict, and build trust.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in solutions.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated capacity to work independently, take proactive action and deliver results.

MS/MA/MBA and business/HR experience preferred.
