Oracle Cloud FSCM Functional Consultant

Job Description

The Oracle Cloud FSCM Functional Consultant will lead Functional projects and
provide application support for our Oracle Cloud FSCM clients core
Financial/Supply Chain applications. The consultant will work closely with
Financial/Supply Chain functional experts to provide innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud FSCM Functional Specialist/Consultant with a strong emphasis on
business process consulting skills
Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services by acting as subject
matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development
lifecycle
Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current
business environments and provide input on best practices
Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or
systems
Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client’s unique business
requirements
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Report progress to clients and project managers
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft
solutions
Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

REQUIRED SKILLS

Oracle Cloud FSCM experience
Must have Oracle Cloud FSCM experience in the following modules: Core
Financials/Supply Chain
7 plus years of FSCM enterprise consulting experience in Oracle EBS, Workday
or PeopleSoft as a Functional Specialist/Consultant
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements; performing
functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current &
future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions,
alternatives & workarounds; creating functional specs for tech team; configuring
(flex fields, fast formulas, etc.), creating testing strategies, test scenarios,
& test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle
Expert knowledge in Core Financials and Supply Chain
Upgrade and implementation experience
Excellent communication. Needs to be an effective liaison between the client
executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients
and other consultants and can explain concepts clearly
