Customer Implementation Coordinator (entry-level)

We are currently seeking an entry-level Customer Implementation Coordinator. This person will be responsible for service operations, reporting functions, purchasing and budgeting, light accounting and client management. This is an excellent opportunity to build skills for the future and offers great opportunity for growth. Recent college graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply! Provide ongoing assistance to customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with employees engaged in sales, inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated customer inquiries
Prepare for escalated customer queries by maintaining and updating product and services knowledge
Record customer inquiries and response in customer account
Suggest and implement improvements on customer service processes as instructed
Transferable Skills Needed

Conflict Resolution - pleasantly handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts in a mutually satisfactory manner
Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
Customer service orientation - proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner in order to create the best possible experience by building relationships, understanding quality standards for service, and utilizing customer needs assessments

Organizing and planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in providing customer service helpful
