Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, massage, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in fitness or massage management for more than one site operation.
Planning experience which includes: information organization, timeline tracking, comprehensive communication, collaboration across teams and at all organizational levels.

Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent.
Experience developing a team and identifying stretch opportunities for team members to build skills.
Strong experience with a variety of project management approaches
Advanced skills in strategic negotiations with key vendor partners and suppliers that require alignment of long term goals and aspirations beyond transactional service/product delivery
Advanced people performance management and leadership skills.
Proven ability to influence at all levels and lead team through change management.

In this role you will lead a team responsible for developing the fitness, massage, recovery, and community program strategies, defining the overall experience and continually evolving the program to meet Google growing and changing Health & Performance services needs, supporting Googlers around the world. You will determine and drive the key strategies that will help your team maximize the impact of experiences and spaces that enable Google to thrive. You will ensure your team makes progress against program strategies and objectives, budgets, headcount and project plans. You will report progress providing regular program updates to management on impact and issues. You will navigate multiple stakeholders, varying priorities, and high level communication across different settings to accomplish Google’s goals and broader REWS strategy. You will coordinate best practices and accelerate regional enablement to help partners optimize their fitness businesses and operations.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work - from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.

Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for the overall program development and evolution of all Health & Performance global programs including fitness, massage, recovery, and community.
Work with your team to define program performance metrics and goals. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive and scalable solutions.
Build strong relationships with business leaders to enhance the employee experience.
Communicate REWS mission and strategies effectively to executive management through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication. Provide thought leadership regarding overall program development and evolution that will improve the overall experience and/or service delivery.
Be accountable for the development and ongoing refreshment of the Health & Performance program’s high standards of service to the Google community.
