Porsche Pro Responsibilities include:
Be the product and technology expert at the dealership; know our vehicles and our core competition
Be responsible for coordinating thorough, comprehensive, and individualized vehicle deliveries
Deliver premium customer experiences on a daily basis; be able to generate ‘wow' moments for our customers
Keep Sales Professionals and customers informed of new product information, changes, and/or updates
Assist service lanes with non-technical product support
Support dealership marketing efforts; represent the Porsche brand at dealer and local events
Act as a liaison to regional product trainers; ensuring a vehicle and concept quality information flow
Duties also could include:
Train the sales and service staff on key Porsche technologies and terminologies
Conduct and coordinate New Owner Clinics
Answer product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
Share best practices/collaborate with other Porsche Pros nationally

Requirements:
College/2-year college preferred
Previous experience with a technical and/or customer-facing role; hospitality
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
