Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Professional
Counselors to join our Treatment Team. The successful candidate will provide Community
Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) as well as Psychotherapy to a diverse range of
clients via online platforms. Through your expertise and empathetic approach, you will play a
key role in helping individuals navigate and overcome their mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, families, or groups.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain thorough and confidential records of all client interactions.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of care in the mental health profession.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPC licensure in Louisiana.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience.
- Proficiency in providing CPST and psychotherapeutic services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and providing services through telehealth platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
