Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Enroll all new hires in to payroll and benefit systems.
Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions.
Poll time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
Contact various department supervisors for any missed times.
Process weekly transfer of payroll data.
Pull many internal management reports.
Timely termination of employees in both payroll and benefit systems.
Issue check to vendors
1-2 years of payroll and benefits experience.
Solid understanding of payroll processing.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Clear written and verbal communications.
Good time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail is a must.
Work well in a team environment.
Able to maintain confidential information.
