Job Summary: The Mobile and .com Business Solutions Analyst I is a member of the IT Mobile and .com product team focusing on Wawa’s Digital marketing initiatives. Work with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing, test plan development and. developing and documenting supporting business processes.

Principal Duties:
Research, identify and develop solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
Analyze business and user needs, and document customer specifications. Create and maintain project deliverables including: user stories, project test plan, knowledge acquisition documentation, and deployment plan.
Maintain support documentation with up to date processes and procedures.
Understand and document business processes surrounding the business area software and its uses within business area and other corporate departments.
Participate in initial investigation of software evaluation; document system requirements. Help evaluate technologies and their capabilities.
Develop solutions based on user stories ensuring the creation of test scripts and performance of testing. Create and facilitate the testing of installation scripts and procedures.
Create change request documents and work collaboratively with the QA function during integration testing and software release.
Provide operational support by investigation, documentation, and resolution of technology issues for the business area and corporate departments. Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to investigate, document, and resolve technology issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Work with software vendors and their resources and provide communication to the Wawa business owners.
Proactively share new learning’s with others in order to improve organizational efficiencies.
Assist in cross training others to ensure coverage and shared departmental knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline preferred (e.g., engineering), or technical certifications, or related experience
3 to 5 years of related work experience as a business analyst managing projects
Knowledgeable of Agile development methodology and User Story development
Familiar with mobile technology and customer experience
Familiar with software testing methodologies and test plan/test case development
