Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and Safety related policies.

Assist the Warehouse Management in leading associates and provide feedback to managers for evaluations
-
Assist with planning and administration of daily work activities within the warehouse to expedite workflow, including receiving, picking, restocking, and inventory control
-
Coordinates Material Handlers to ensure their time is utilized efficiently
- Assist parts picking, packing, receiving, or audit check as needed
- Oversee work of others to ensure orders are pulled and processed correctly
- Assist with identifying root cause and corrective action for quality issues
-
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or enhance procedures
-
Control label inventory for specific customers
- Maintain, update and create work instructions, procedures and key points
- Ability to successfully run quality reports, ensure data accuracy, and analyze data
-
Assist with Kaizen activities and implementation
-
Assists with special projects throughout the warehouse as assigned
-
Operate hand pallet jack and powered industrial trucks safely and responsibly
-
Be a leader in and maintain safe and clean areas following 5S principles
- Identify any damage to racks, products, equipment, and any other safety hazards
Other duties:

Qualifications:
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Strong communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language
-
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Material Handler or equivalent warehouse experience
-
General knowledge of the Shipping, Receiving & Inventory function within a warehouse environment
-
Proven ability to lead/train others

Good organizational skills

Experience in operation of powered industrial trucks preferred (i.e. cherry picker, forklift, electric pallet Jack, etc.)

Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job
