As the Digital Content Marketing and Communications intern, you will learn how corporate content marketing and communications for a billion-dollar high-performance networking company is structured, functions, and executes.
You will be focused on writing original content for the company’s blog, supporting the corporate social media accounts, and promoting content through our internal mobile applications and channels. You will write content for a variety of business themes within our target industries and from a corporate perspective.
This is a part-time, paid Co-Op, where you’ll be expected to dedicate 20+ hours per week in our Salem, NH office. Flexible hours are available due to semester requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated junior or senior in college seeking a degree in communications, marketing, or journalism with a curious and creative mind.

Assist the team with all production elements of new and repurposed content driven by Marketing including writing support, editorial reviews, graphics, publishing, and distribution
Create the monthly corporate eNewsletter for customers/prospects
Research industry trend topics and provide lists of references with links to content
Develop social media plans for the company’s corporate social accounts, implement them, and analyze the results
Support the corporate communications mobile platform including copy-writing, editing, reviewing, publishing, and optimizing internal and external communication materials
Help design marketing surveys and mold the survey results into blog articles
Manage communications with customers and internal team for case study and testimonial projects
Explore new ways to reach, engage, and educate customer/partner facing employees
Assists with additional duties as assigned
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editorial skills
Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Must be a team player, highly organized and ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to work at a fast pace, handling multiple projects at once
Full competence with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media, especially Twitter and Facebook
- Candidates for this role must be able to work full time during the summer and between 15-20 hours during the school year at our Salem, NH office.
