CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all aspects of Operations internal communications
strategies to establish and promote environment where team members feel
energized, important and understood
using real team members’ stories to reinforce Medline’s Employee Value
Contributes to, and execute strategy of, team member
communications to strengthen our recruitment brand (Employer of Choice) and
drive overall engagement
with SVP of HR to lead Ops communications around all HR initiatives
(compensation, benefits, etc). Heavy
focus on communication timelines and materials
strategic direction for workplace experience and oversee project work in field location
focused on providing best in class amenities for team members. Responsible for developing and executing on team member
Apparel Programs to drive brand awareness and energize team members.
employee feedback channels (engagement survey, pulse surveys, etc.) &
support Company-wide and/or targeted initiatives to address opportunity areas.
