Create, review, and distribute job postings across our job posting platform and social media channels. Data entry intensive editing/updating current job openings received from 10+ sources (emails or web portals) into Jobvite Applicant Tracking System for human resources and recruiting functions. Additional Recruiting/HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Basic/Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
Coursework, working knowledge of or experience in any of the following areas:
Marketing or Social Media
IT Terminology (Software Packages, Applications, Tools, Networking, Software Development)
Ability to create methods for effective organizing and tracking of information
Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accuracy/standards while managing a large volume of transactions
Interest in technical writing
