As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of talented accountants, performing accounting research, reviewing real estate transactions, reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations, impairment analysis, debt accounting and reporting, ad-hoc reporting and much more! This position will grow overtime and have great visibility within the organization. This is a great role for someone with a public accounting foundation who enjoys a technical role ourside of the core corporate accounting group.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Accounting is required. Masters is a plus
CPA or CPA in progress is required
5+ years of overall experience is required, including 2+ years of Public Accounting Audit experience
Intermediate to advance Excel is required
Experience with complex transactions, such as purchase accounting, technical accounting research
Real Estate Industry experience is preferred
1+ years of supervisor expeirence is desired
