We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist who will work closely with marketing and product development to help execute a strategy that drives awareness and engagement through paid promotional campaigns. This is an entry level marketing position with exposure to multifaceted areas of our company.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
Campaign management for Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels.
Manage and execute projects as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.
Identify and monitor market trends and insights.
Contribute to marketing and product development activities necessary to grow the business and acquire new customers, including the optimization of search and social channels.
Sort through marketing data and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Track data-driven online performance, analysis, reporting of activities and derive improvement measures.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Finance, Economics or similar.
1-2 years of experience and/or significant internship experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple projects.
Level headed problem solver with a professional service oriented attitude.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Team player who also excels as an individual contributor.
Adaptable, dependable and responsible.
Experience in lead generation, landing page optimization, tracking and analyzing (e.g. Google Analytics).
Familiar with Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and Bing Ads.
Experience with Kenshoo, Marin, and or Wordstream a plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
