Project Fulfillment Leader

Role Summary:
The GE Houston Service Center provides repair and overhaul services of Aero-derivative gas turbine engines and modules. The Project Fulfillment Leader will be responsible for providing overall technical work scopes and guidance, in addition to interfacing with the customer to provide updates and get the required approvals to facilitate the job through the repair process.

Essential Responsibilities:As the Project Fulfillment Leader, you will:
Work with customer facing team and customers to understand workscope requirements / generate the workscope and routers for the shop
Provide technical support needed to resolve any issues (via NCRs, PAC cases, configuration questions, etc.) that arise in the shop during the engine repair cycle
Lead or support RCAs and Engine test failure investigations as required
Recommend and advise on options to meet or exceed technical requirements while striving to achieve operational schedules and commercial contract commitments on cost and on time delivery
Correspond with Customer facing team and customers to provide regular status updates along with price and cost updates
Work with customer facing team to get workscope decisions for NCR's, NSMR's and missing at incoming items
Work with the customer facing team on proposal adjustments post gate 1
Work with shop to support solutions to keep the work on schedule and budget
Facilitate customer meetings and visits at the site
Own and drive the fulfillment complete process for each project

Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering in a related field from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years of Gas Turbine experience)
Minimum of 4 years of Gas Turbine experience
