Our Martinez office is seeking a full-time hire who is self-motivated, dependable, and a strong communicator to be a Technical Support Analyst I.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates effectively with others, asking appropriate questions to clarify expectations and promote learning.
Takes ownership of assignments and sees them through to completion.
Meets internal deadlines.
Adheres to project-specific and corporate-wide policies.
Thorough and accurate when reviewing/checking own work.
Able to forecast personal utilization and notify supervisor of availability.
Follows through on assignments and communicates status.
Works under close supervision.
Performs least complex activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving hardware, software, networking, and/or client server problems reported by users.
Responsibilities include problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow up steps.
Other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
0-2 Years of related experience.
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate and work with all levels of employees either in one-on-one or group settings.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with strong organization and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
