The Global Business & Budget Planning team is responsible for financial analysis, performance, and process implementation to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. The Manager of Global Cash Flow provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad cash flow management experience across all Zones. This individual will have exposure to all levers within the cash flow statement and drive performance through data driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. The role offers exposure to Senior Leadership teams across the globe, including the Global CFO, Zone CFOs, and Global Head of BBP.
Run the cash flow reporting and forecasting processes for the Global business, with a focus on Operating Free Cash Flow (“OFCF”)
Understand and communicate cash flow performance by lever (e.g. CapEx, Taxes, NWC, etc.), including analyses vs PY, prior LE, and AOP
Lead working capital processes that drive improvements and provide clear visibility
Analyze, understand and communicate trends in working capital cash conversion cycle by lever
Lead AOP process for Working Capital MBOs from Wish to Final AOP
Understand changes in cash below operating cash flow (i.e. investing and financing)
Prepare schedules and commentary for both routine and ad hoc deliverables to various stakeholders
Collaborate with Zone Finance teams and Global Finance functions to align on figures and understand performance
Take ownership of ad hoc requests and analyses
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or applicable quantitative field
Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
Proficiency in financial statement analysis, including balance sheet and cash flow
Experience in Financial Systems, preferred (e.g. Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, etc)
Ability to manage large data sets with ease
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex models
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
