RN Supervisor (3P-11P)
Trinity place is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor (3P-11P) - Monday - Friday to join our dedicated team at our reputable assisted living facility. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for geriatric care, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors, we invite you to apply.
- Valid RN license.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- CPR certification and updated immunizations.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
